Welcome to Casiolo. By accessing or using our Social Gaming platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Casiolo. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Platform is intended strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. By using Casiolo you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We reserve the right to request age verification and to restrict or terminate access for any user who does not meet this requirement. The Platform is designed for entertainment only and is not intended for minors under any circumstances.
All games on Casiolo are played exclusively with virtual coins. These virtual coins have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred or exchanged for real money, goods or any item of value. There is no real-money involvement, no deposits, no withdrawals and no prizes of any kind. Virtual coins are provided free of charge for entertainment purposes only, and may be refilled to a standard balance at no cost. We make no guarantee that virtual coins, balances or game progress will be preserved, and we may reset, adjust or remove virtual currency at our discretion. You acknowledge that virtual coins are a purely functional part of the entertainment experience and confer no ownership rights.
Casiolo does not require you to create a traditional account. Your game progress, virtual coin balance and preferences may be stored locally in your browser using local storage. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the device you use to access the Platform. Clearing your browser data will remove locally stored progress. We are not liable for any loss of locally stored data.
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, game designs, logos, code and the "Casiolo" name, is owned by or licensed to the operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written permission.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Casiolo is a social entertainment product only; it does not offer real-money play or any opportunity to win money or prizes. Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as financial advice or an invitation to play with real money.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Casiolo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Because the Platform involves no real money and no prizes, you acknowledge that any use is entirely for entertainment and at your own discretion.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable law of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be handled in accordance with that applicable law.
